Coordination of Care

With years of experience, our providers will evaluate you and create an individualized plan that is right for you. We understand the you may want to continue seeing your primary care provider along with our services. We collaborate with primary care providers for patients in these situations to assure coordination of care.

This means that no only will our providers treat your existing conditions, we also work to prevent pain and illness from occurring.
