Using our help line and our email service, you can get a message to your health team when it is convenient for you. These services are available to our established patients. We will return a phone call or email within 48 hours and sooner in most cases. If you have a medical emergency, call 911, for psychiatric emergencies, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have a behavioral crisis call the local crisis line given to you at the time of your appointment.Be sure to clarify questions regarding this with your provider at the time of your appointment.
We offer psychiatric consultations and medication management for patients needing medications. Following the consultation which is typically a full hour, it will be determined if a medication to treat your condition is appropriate. Our providers collaborate with the patient in the decision to prescribe medications or offer psychotherapy.

What insurance providers do you work with?
We take most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and participate with most private insurance companies. If we do not participate with your insurance we will provide you with information from your bill to submit to your insurance.
What if I don't have insurance?
We have a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. Please ask our staff for the form to help determine the fee you will be charged on the sliding scale.
What about co-pays?
Co-pays are collected at the time of service. If you don't know what your co-pay is, please contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
