Ann Cox holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Ann has a longstanding history of caring for patients in Grand Junction, CO. With over 39 years in healthcare, she has practiced in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Psychiatry, and taught in graduate nurse practitioner programs as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Colorado Mesa University. Her passion is to provide patient-centered care using her knowledge as a Family Nurse Practitioner to complement psychiatric carre.

Debrah Archer is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for integrating the medical needs of her patients with their psychiatric health.
Ms. Archer sees patients both online via Telehealth as well as "In person" appointments for those who prefer to come to the office for an appointment. She sees patients of all ages and has had experience in Adults as well as children and teens. She has extensive experience with special populations as she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a school based clinic.

Jessica Gardner is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Her dual board certification enables her to integrate psychiatric care into the medical needs of her patients. Jessica Gardner holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Northern Colorado as an FNP and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.
Jessica Gardner comes with a wealth of knowledge from her experience as an RN for many years as well as over 6 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner prior to obtaining her psychiatric specialty.

Holly Covington has worked in the local Grand Junction community for over 25 years, caring for mental health needs of patients. She holds a PhD from the University of Colorado and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a great asset to our practice and is able to see children as well as adults.

Gary Cox, BS
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado Mesa University (previously Mesa State College). He serves as the office manager and schedules appointments. Gary has a wide range of experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Ultrasound Technician, and a Telemetry Technician at the Heart Center of the Rockies.

Tania oversees scheduling appointments and assisting with office duties. You will likely see her at the front desk of the clinic to greet you when youarrive.She also works with a non profit organization, GANG (Giving Adolescents New Goals) in Grand Junction that helps teens locally. We are blessed to have her as part of our team.
