Dr. Ann Cox holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. With over 39 years in healthcare, Dr. Cox has practiced in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Psychiatry, and taught in graduate nurse practitioner programs as an Assistant Professor of Nursing. Her passion is to provide patient-centered care that integrates family medicine and psychiatry.
Although Dr. Cox is realizing her dream of moving to Hawaii, she is looking forward to continuing to serve her patients through Telehealth visits in Colorado as well as Hawaii. She travels to Colorado to see patients and has availability for in person visits for Hawaii patients as well.

Debrah Archer is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for integrating the medical needs of her patients with their psychiatric health.
Ms. Archer sees patients both online via Telehealth as well as "In person" appointments for those who prefer to come to the office for an appointment. She sees patients of all ages and has had experience in Adults as well as children and teens. She has extensive experience with special populations as she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a school based clinic.

Dr. Gardner is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Her practice integrates psychiatric care and medical needs. Dr. Gardner holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Northern Colorado.
Dr. Gardner comes with a wealth of knowledge from her experience as an RN for many years as well as over 6 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Gardner is also licensed in the state of Hawaii as an APRN.

Dr. Covington has worked in the local Grand Junction community for over 25 years, caring for mental health needs of patients. She holds a PhD from the University of Colorado and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a great asset to our practice and is able to see children as well as adults.

Gary Cox, BS
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado Mesa University (previously Mesa State College). He serves as the office manager and schedules appointments. Gary has a wide range of experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Ultrasound Technician, and a Telemetry Technician at the Heart Center of the Rockies.

At Alpine Psychiatric Solutions, we treat the entire family. From age 6 to 99, we're here for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and medication management/prescriptions of your mental health needs.
We focus on the integration between your behavioral health needs and physical well being. Chronic disease is managed by incorporating the components of behavioral health along with physical health.
Many struggle with weight management issues. Please contact 970-216-1855 to discuss a consultation for assistance with medications and therapy for weight loss.
Therapy services are provided along with your visit for medication management as needed. You may be referred to one of our collaborating therapists who are part of our team as needed.
